Joseph Drew, 39, placed a wicker basket on a sign and set it on fire at the entryway of Arch Creek Bible Chapel, 13740 NE 20 Place, on August 10. He was arrested August 15 and charged with second-degree arson and burglary of an occupied structure. No injuries.
