Vacant Friendship Baptist Church fire ruled arson

Cleveland Fire said the fire that destroyed the historic, vacant Friendship Baptist Church on the East Side was intentionally set, and arrests were imminent. Crews found flames from every angle about 2 a.m. at East 55th Street and Central Avenue.
