Officers already on scene heard shots about 11:25 a.m. at 4660 W. 5015 S. Vilisoni Angilau, 18, died; two others were critically wounded. Afuhia Masiu Manatau, 45, was booked on first-degree felony murder after police alleged he supplied the gun used by his 17-year-old son in a family dispute.
