Aerial bombs damage St. Nicholas UOC church in Vasylkivka

On the evening of 19 September 2026, Russian forces struck the Synelnykove district of Dnipropetrovsk region with aerial bombs, seriously damaging the wooden St. Nicholas UOC church in Vasylkivka. The blast wave blew out windows along with their frames, destroyed a section of the church's log wall, and damaged the roof, structural roof elements, and the upper tier of the dome. Debris (wood, brick, construction fragments) covered the grounds and fence. The same church and parish house were previously damaged in a drone attack on the night of 11–12 February 2026.
